Bootcamp fanatic Fleur, brings the military to the team. Ex Australian Army mum of 3, Captain Fleur takes fitness to another level ….. Our very own marathon runner, don’t be fooled by her romantic name… Fleur is no girly girl !
Boxing legend, mum of two, Fiona, or Fe to her friends held the team captaincy for 3 years in a row. In her first year as captain, she took the team to success in the rugby Seven Dubai leg of the Local league. The soft spoken, almost shy Fe, turns into a mean machine on the pitch and brings an unparalleled flair to the game. Retired for the 2008-9 season, she is still an inspiration for the team.
Delicate and feminine Deanne, or ‘De’ to the team, brings a pair of never-ending and finely shaped legs to the pitch. Equally as comfortable on stilettos or in her rugby boots, De has an eye for the smallest breach in the opponents’ team and will defeat all defence.
Bootylicious Lisa could fool them all in thinking she was born for the dance floor. Without a doubt the fastest girl in the Emirate, Lisa has left more than one standing and stunned ….. When she starts running, there’s no catching her…
French token to the team, Laurence is a late bloomer in the world of Rugby. Mum of two, she is also the manager of the team and somehow juggles work, nappies, husband, team and kids schedules without dropping the ball.. much....
Move over everyone, here comes ‘don’t stop me now-Bianca’! Fearless and fearsome, fun loving Bianca will grab onto the ball and will not let go.
Angela started her rugby career with the Falcons and immediately impressed the coaches, the team and our opponents. Angela has rugby in her blood and makes it look so easy.. We are all a bit jealous…
Canadian born ‘Court’ is our other Marathon runner… with a great flair for rugby, a game not so played back home, Courtenay has been a great asset to our team.
striking blond ‘Lish’ is our always positive, always up to something, always up for fun player. Blackberry addict, she constantly juggles ball handling with a couple of planes in the air.
Despite being our token Gran-ma, she’s no old bones ! highly experienced Val brings some kiwi flair to our team. Great communicator, strong strategist, Val is the prime example that rugby and wisdom, can, indeed, go together.
Another newbie to the team, Alex brings her inimitable sense of humor to the pitch. Nothing phases her, yet behind the joker attitude lays an incredibly sharp rugby player… boyfriend jonhny knows to avoid the tackles…

Newbie Paula takes rugby very seriously. A great asset to our defence, she has no fear and dives onto the ball like a hawk on the prey… beg the heavens you’re not the prey
Fun loving Mel brings an unmistakable smile to the team. But don’t be fooled, she’s no jokes when she gets the ball. Catch her or she’ll smile at you from the back of the line.
Every ladies team should have its own jeweller, and Renee is it… super luxury pearl specialist by day, she shows on the field the polish and finesse of her best pieces.
Glamour girl krystal is all delicate and elegant with her first class customers but she means business when it comes to the noble game… her legs take her up and down the field as effortlessly as they do up and down the aircraft aisle.
Quick-stepping, fast-talking Carly is new to the team, and with a typical Aussie attitude towards sport, this competitive player will be hard to beat… She shows great confidence on the field and can't wait to get stuck in.
